Meet the Hosts
Larissa Figley, RYT, LMT
Larissa is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Therapeutic Yoga with Yoga Alliance. She is a licensed massage therapist, a level 1 Reiki practitioner and the founder of nOMe Yoga. She loves sharing the practice of yoga and seeing the positive change it creates in people’s lives. She believes yoga has the ability not only to heal the body, but to bring us closer to our true selves.
Suzy McIntyre, RYT
Suzy is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher in Therapeutic Yoga with Yoga Alliance. Suzy is also certified in Sustainable & Safe Adaptations of Yoga for EveryBODY through Soma Yoga Institute and is a certified barre instructor. Sometimes she blends these trainings offering unique sequences focused on alignment, strength, and mobility. Her relationship with movement has been a huge part of her life. She strongly believes the positive benefits that movement and breath have on the mind, body and soul can be life changing.
